Winesburg Meats Inc. is located in the heart of Amish country in Winesburg, Ohio. For 50 years the small family owned business has provided specialty smoked meats and fresh cut to order meat to those who pass through this community as they visit the Amish countryside of Ohio.
Founded in 1959 by Walter and Katharina Pacula came from Germany and settled in this tiny, quaint community. Walter was a master butcher or "metzgermeister" and knew the "Old World" way of butchering and giving customers want they desired. The company still continues to offer it's customers the best of the "Old World" in the heart of Amish country.
Their son, Marion, was always in the shop and learned first hand from his parents how to provide great products with excellence personal service to his customers.

Marion Pacula of Winesburg Meats competed in teh Ohio Association of Meat Processors' Product Competition at their 72nd Annual State Convention on March 23-24 2012 at the Marriott Airport in Columbus, Ohio.
